You may stop using the Service and/or cancel your ValueFarm AI subscription and/or any Add-Ons at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@grandpine.com.
If you cancel your subscription and/or Add-Ons:
Your subscription and/or Add-Ons will remain active until the end of your then-current billing cycle.
You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, except where required by applicable law or as expressly permitted under our Subscription & Refund Policy.
Any outstanding fees due for the current billing cycle will become immediately due and payable upon cancellation.
For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation of your subscription does not constitute a refund request. Refund eligibility is determined solely under the Subscription & Refund Policy. GrandPine Capital’s decision on all refund and cancellation matters is final.
We may provide access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control.
